CPA di Giuseppina Bomba is a VET training provider that works together with different Schools, Youth Center, Adult Center, Educational institutions, different council and over 120 private companies in the Abruzzo, Central Italy. CPA offers soft-skills and coaching training to make young people and disadvantaged adults more employable. It also creates industry related pathways to give people the right skills needed for the work-place in a digital era and promote inclusion. They create courses to overcome difficult situations and achieve goals. The training involves
language training, motivation, team -time management, intercultural awareness, behavioural training, transformation training, life coaching, entrepreneurial skills and employability skills development and promotional activities, e-marketing, business coaching, international Marketing, Vloggers (Social Media Content Manager), Museum Mediator, Rural tourism development.
The Museum Mediator course develops people which have an interest in art, culture and event organisation into professional figures in the museum and tourism field. The Vloggers course takes technology and social media fans and creates content marketing specialists. Both courses are transformational courses and develop work-based, project based and softskills.
They are effective and experienced in the challenges of participant preparation and training, identifying and matching placements , mentoring and group management with QA system EQAVET+ and in how to evaluate and accredit results using EQF, Europass, and ECVET.
CPA has been active since 2001 and has tackled different social issues through training, like making Refugees and Migrant entrepreneurs or empowering women in rural areas to become self-employed .
CPA permanent staff are trainers and coachers and all staff are multi-lingual.
Giuseppina Bomba –Director She understands the challenges of being in a minority group and perceives differences, as she has worked in different EU countries and has herself experience being immigrant child. She is a trainer and coacher with over 20 yrs experience in the International and Multicultural working environment. Fluent in English, German and Italian. She manages budgets, project outcomes and time-scales on different Erasmus + projects (KA1/2). She has developed the enterprise program and coaching technique SMILE which empowers people to achieve their objectives and is responsible for creating new training paths.
Phillip Carleton has got 20 years’ experience in International and e-Marketing and motivating people, he has been working with the Eu project since 2004 and now with the Erasmus + projects as a placement manager and project manager, he himself having lived in different European countries understands multi-cultural environments and issues which can occur when away from home, he is fluent in English and Italian and has basic German. He updates our website, FB and Instagram pages. He has also been involved in our KA2 for empowerment and enterpreuneurship development projects.
Giulia Carleton – has worked as a Mentor in different youth projects regional, national and international level she understands the importance of keeping the participant motivated. She speaks Italian and English. She has been working with Erasmus + project incoming and outcoming and participated at the KA2 project.
Gabriela La Morgia – Spanish expert, Coacher helps develop new and innovative courses to make people more employable and enhance their career prospects. She speaks English, Italian and Spanish. She is also an expert on Latin American countries. She is responsible for all the administrational work in KA1 and KA2 projects, like booking flights, accommodation, organizing events venue, etc.
Cecilia D’Angelo speaks English, Italian and French and looks after the logistic of projects. She is also a Google Expert and looks after the dissemination and promotional site.
The key staff are able to and have been working with ECVET Units to make sure the Skills, Knowledge and Competences of the individuals are enhanced and the objectives set are met.
All other members are fluent in English and Italian, well travelled and experienced in cultural differences in life. There are 5 permanent members, 3 collaborating trainers and a network of 10 freelancers.
CPA ensures compliance with financial, health and safety regulations and the provision of timely data returns to partners. This role is overseen by an external Accountant (Confcommercio).
